Saturday, 3/6: Seacoast Women's Week to benefit Womenaid of Greater Portsmouth, Mini-session programs from 9am-2pm. Joseph Carringer and I will offer a session of Vibrational Therapy from 10:15-11:30am. Let the natural sounds of voice, the Indian shruti box and the Australian didgeridoo provide an opportunity to clear the clutter in your brain. Relax in a calm state of refreshed energy.
